Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: -Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows both the practitioner and the client to prepare adequately for the session. -Clients are encouraged to book through our official booking platform, which will display available times based on the practitioner’s schedule. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled session. Waitlist Policy: -Clients can opt to be placed on a waitlist if their preferred time slot is not available. -Waitlisted clients will be notified via email or phone if an opening becomes available. The notification will require a prompt response within a specified timeframe, typically 2 hours, to secure the appointment. Late Arrival Policy: -Clients arriving late will have the option to continue with their session for the remaining scheduled time but will be charged for the full session. -It is advised to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a full session experience.
